Background Information
The owners of Warehouse Gourmet were born and raised in Hanover, PA. We are a family owned business. Melinda Bortner
Stambaugh graduated from Cornell University's prestigious School of Hotel Administration. She has been working in the restaurant
industry from Hanover to NYC for the past 22 years. Keith Stambaugh is a talented bread baker and internationally recognized
fine artist.
The actual "Warehouse" has gone through many changes over
its 100 years of existence. From cigar factory, to ribbon factory, to frame shop and more, to storage facility, to "Screaming
Peacock"Studio, The Warehouse is now homebase for our restaurant. Its renovation is a great addition to the revitalization
of downtown Hanover.
